We are not taught how to use all of our brain properly. We have two minds the conscious and the unconscious mind. The unconscious is the part that thinks at high speed, makes decisions and reacts quickly so quickly that it leaves the conscious mind to ponder over things like where to go on holiday this year? Or do you need to buy another pair of shoes this week? If the conscious mind had to think about everything we needed to do just to walk across the room it would be over whelmed and would probably not be able to make it over there.
If you use your mind and train your mind properly you can learn to think in a more positive way making for better health, a more rewarding career, a happier social life, better physical appearance and better performance all round.
